Join Our Team at Palmetto Pathways Academy

We’re building more than a school. We’re creating an ecosystem that centers students as agents of their own learning and that provides them with the support and experiences necessary for success. At the same time, we’re putting structures in place within our ecosystem to support personal wellness and professional growth for all of our future team members.

We need passionate, courageous professionals to join us in this work.

• Willing to embrace the roles of co-owners of our school and co-designers of learning

Hiring Timeline

We will begin accepting applications in late 2025 for our inaugural staff. Positions will span teaching, leadership, operations, and support roles.
