Dr. Henry Tran, Member

Dr. Henry Tran currently serves as Associate Professor of Education Leadership and Policies in the College of Education at the University of South Carolina (USC).

He has also served as the Co-Director of the Center for Innovation in Higher Education and the Director of the Talent Centered Education Leadership Initiative. Dr. Tran has taught numerous classes with USC, including Data-informed Decision Making, Advanced Educational Policy Analysis, School Finance and Business Management, and Field Problems in Educational Administration, to name a few. Dr. Tran has published eight books and numerous book chapters, articles, etc. on a wide range of topics related to education and educational leadership. Dr. Tran holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Education with an emphasis in School Organization and Educational Policy in addition to Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Society of Human Resource Management – Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certifications.
